Terms of use
What this site is, where the data comes from, what is guaranteed and what is not.
Information, not advice
TickerMode publishes accounting figures that companies filed with their regulator, organised into pages and checked for internal consistency before publication. That is the whole product.
Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or an opinion on whether any security is suitable for you. We do not know you, your circumstances or your objectives, and general-circulation information is not personal advice. Decisions you make after reading are yours.
Public filings, reproduced
The figures are extracted from documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and made public by it. The underlying filings are public records. Our contribution is the extraction, the normalisation and the checks — described in full on the methodology page.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the SEC or any company covered here.
Checked, and still not guaranteed
Every figure is verified against the filing it came from and against the other figures in the same statement; what does not reconcile is published with a mark or not published at all. That process catches a great deal and cannot catch everything: source documents contain errors, companies restate, and extraction from structured data has edge cases.
The data is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. If a number here disagrees with the original filing, the filing is right and we want to hear about it — write to [email protected] with the document and the correction goes into the next run.
Bounded by what this is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here, including trading losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of a figure that turns out to be wrong.
Read them, link them, do not scrape them dry
- Reading, printing and linking to any page is welcome and needs no permission.
- Automated bulk retrieval that degrades the service for other readers is not. If you need the data in bulk, the source is public and the SEC publishes it directly.
- Trademarks and company names appear here to identify the companies described, which is nominative use, and imply no association.
The page you are reading is the version in force
These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version then published.
