In Mali and Burkina Faso it operates two mills through its majority-owned subsidiaries MDS Mali and MDS Burkina, in each of which it holds a 51% ownership interest, for an additional capacity of 500T per day. Its products are exported to 45 countries. MayMouna and Tria are its main brands in the Moroccan market. It operates through FAHL, a wholly owned subsidiary that is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Gibraltar under the laws of Gibraltar.
