On June 30, 2020, Sharx DK ApS, entered into a distribution agreement with Cleaver ApS, a Danish corporation (“Cleaver”), whereby Cleaver has appointed the Company as Cleaver’s nonexclusive distributor of its products in Europe, South America and North America. Sharx distributes and sells cargo security straps and tie-downs pursuant to the Distribution Agreement with the manufacturer Cleaver ApS. As of June 30, 2025, the Company had a total of 2 employees.
