What this company does

Cosan produces and distributes automotive and industrial lubricants through Moove. Its group is made up of Raízen, which is under joint control, Compass and its gas distribution subsidiaries Comgás, Commit, Sulgás, Necta and Compagas, as well as Moove, Rumo and Radar, through which it controls real estate companies. Raízen, a joint venture between Cosan and Shell created in June of 2011, produces more than three billion liters of ethanol per year and 5.8 million tons of sugar, with 1.6 GW of installed capacity. As of December 31, 2025 Cosan held a 30.8% equity interest in that joint venture. Comgás delivers natural gas to more than two million residential, commercial and industrial consumers in about 177 cities. Rumo offers rail transportation logistics services, port loading and storage, on an independent railway base. Radar, Tellus, Janus, Gamiovapar and Duguetiapar together manage approximately 305,802 hectares of land in the Brazilian states of São Paulo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Tocantins, Bahia and Piauí.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
