Farmmi, Inc. (“FAMI”), is a Cayman Islands holding company incorporated on July 28, 2015. We conduct our operations in China principally through our foreign-owned PRC subsidiaries. In February 2018, FMI completed its initial public offering and its Ordinary Shares commenced trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “FAMI.” For the year ended September 30, 2025, we sold approximately 96.31% of our products in China and 3.69% outside mainland China, including in the U.S., Japan, Canada, and other countries or regions.
