HF Foods was originally incorporated in the State of Delaware on May 19, 2016 as a special purpose acquisition company under the name Atlantic Acquisition Corp., and on August 22, 2018, following a reverse acquisition transaction in which the shareholders of HF Group Holding Corporation became its majority shareholders, it changed its name to HF Foods Group Inc.
