The company manages its operating results through four operating segments -- North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, West and East Emerging Markets, and Asia Emerging Markets -- and reports two reportable segments defined by geographic region, North America and International Developed Markets, with the remaining operating segments combined and disclosed as Emerging Markets. In 2025, the company had net sales of approximately $25 billion. Its largest customer, Walmart Inc., represented approximately 21% of its net sales in 2025, 2024, and 2023. As of December 27, 2025, Kraft Heinz had approximately 35,000 employees globally based in 40 countries, of whom approximately 16,000 were employed in the United States. On July 2, 2015, Kraft Heinz consummated the merger of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. with and into a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation, and at the closing Heinz was renamed The Kraft Heinz Company.
