Its revenues are generated through fee-for-service and capitation arrangements with government and commercial payors for equipment, supplies, services and other items rented and sold to patients. At the end of 2025, following the sale of its Products & Healthcare Services segment, it employed over 6,500 full-time and part-time teammates. Its brands include Apria and Byram Healthcare, which together bring nearly 90 years of combined experience. It is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Accendra Health, Inc. was formerly known as Owens & Minor, Inc.
