Its Government Solutions segment primarily consists of fleet management and operations of customer-owned aircraft, performance-based supply chain logistics programs supporting the DoW, the DoS and foreign governments, and Mobility Systems operations supporting the movement of equipment by governments and non-governmental organizations, and accounted for approximately 15% of sales in fiscal 2026. Its Legacy Commercial Programs segment primarily consists of asset-heavy flight hour-based component pool and repair programs for commercial airlines and distribution of consumables and expendables inventory, and accounted for approximately 5% of sales in fiscal 2026. AAR was incorporated in 1955.
