Its principal executive offices are located at 8281 Greensboro Drive, Suite 100, Tysons, Virginia. As of December 31, 2025, it had 2,058 full-time employees, including 607 in sales and marketing, 1,150 in research and development, 235 in a general and administrative capacity and 66 who manufacture hardware for its suite of IoT solutions. Of these, 1,768 were employed in its Alarm.com segment and 290 in its Other segment. It was founded in 2000.
