Financial results are reported for two segments, Family of Apps (FoA) and Reality Labs (RL). RL generates revenue from sales of consumer hardware products, software, and content. Its current AI glasses include the Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta glasses, which feature Meta AI. Meta was incorporated in Delaware in July 2004, completed its initial public offering in May 2012, and its Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol META.
