The Electrical Distribution Systems segment provides low voltage and high voltage power, signal and data distribution. Old Aptiv, a public limited company formed under the laws of Jersey on May 19, 2011, completed a reorganization transaction in December 2024 that established the current parent company, Aptiv PLC.
