The Software and Services segment develops, manufactures and sells cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solutions that leverage AI and enable customers to capture, securely store, manage, share and analyze video and other digital evidence. The Connected Devices segment develops, manufactures and sells hardware solutions such as conducted energy devices sold under the TASER brand, body cameras, fixed and in-car cameras, drone and counter-drone technologies, and accessories, extended warranties and related hardware products. The company was incorporated in Arizona in September 1993 as ICER Corporation, changed its name to AIR TASER, Inc. in December 1993 and to TASER International, Incorporated in April 1998, reincorporated in Delaware as TASER International, Inc. in January 2001, and changed its name to Axon Enterprise, Inc. in April 2017.
