The Company and its subsidiaries had 860 full-time and 156 part-time employees as of February 27, 2026, exclusive of discontinued operations. The Bank is organized as a Missouri trust company with banking powers and was founded in 1906. The Company was originally organized in 1982 as Cass Commercial Corporation under the laws of Missouri and changed its name to Cass Information Systems, Inc. in January 2001.
