As of February 13, 2026, it employed 676 full-time employees, with hiring plans focused on its primary operating locations of Houston, Texas and Williston, North Dakota. On May 31, 2024, it acquired Enerplus Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, in a stock-and-cash transaction.
