Core Laboratories Inc. was established in 1936 and is a Delaware corporation. On May 1, 2023, Core Laboratories N.V., a holding company in the Netherlands, completed a redomestication transaction that resulted in its migration out of Luxembourg and domestication as Core Laboratories Inc., a Delaware corporation.
