In the Performance Brands segment, it blends, packages and markets high performance products through its Royal Purple, Bel-Ray, and TruFuel brands. At its Montana Renewables facility, it processes renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel, and renewable naphtha distributed into renewable markets in the western half of North America, while at its Montana specialty asphalt facility it processes Canadian crude oil into conventional gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and specialty grades of asphalt. On July 10, 2024, Calumet, Inc. completed a conversion transaction under the Conversion Agreement with Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., the General Partner, and other parties.
