As of December 31, 2025, it had 161 employees who provide property management, maintenance, landscaping, construction management and accounting services. It was formed to continue and expand the real estate business of predecessor entities that principals of its management team had formed from 2002 to 2014. Clipper Realty Inc. was incorporated in the State of Maryland on July 7, 2015.
