Cresud carries out farming activities that include grain production, sugarcane production and cattle raising. It is also engaged, directly and indirectly, in the real estate business through IRSA and its subsidiaries and joint ventures. As of June 30, 2025 the company owned 26 farms covering approximately 578,217 hectares in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay. Its Agricultural production segment covers the planting, harvesting and sale of wheat, corn, soybeans, cotton, sunflowers and sugarcane, the breeding, purchase and fattening of free-range cattle for sale to slaughterhouses and local livestock auction markets, and the leasing of farms to third parties. On the urban side the company operates in Argentina through five reportable segments: Shopping Malls, Offices, Sales and Developments, Hotels and Others. As of June 30, 2025 IRSA owned a majority interest in, and operated, a portfolio of 16 shopping malls in Argentina, six of them in the City of Buenos Aires.
