The Industrial Solutions segment, which represented 29.9% of net sales in fiscal 2025, provides equipment, ancillary components, replacement parts, performance monitoring and service to industrial customers, spanning Industrial Air Filtration, Industrial Gases, Industrial Hydraulics, Power Generation and Aerospace and Defense products. The Life Sciences segment, which represented 8.0% of net sales in fiscal 2025, is organized by end market and includes the Food and Beverage, Disk Drive, Vehicle Electrification and Medical Device, Microelectronics and Bioprocessing Equipment and Consumables markets, selling primarily to large OEMs and directly to various end users. Donaldson Company, Inc. was founded in 1915.
