As of December 31, 2025, it owned a 63.3% limited partner interest in Delek Logistics, consisting of 33,868,203 common limited partner units, and the non-economic general partner interest. Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a Delaware corporation formed in 2016, a successor to the original Delek US Holdings, Inc., which was a Delaware corporation originally formed in 2001, and it operates through consolidated subsidiaries including Delek US Energy, Inc. and Alon.
