In brief

What this company does

The company owns and operates an international fleet of 16 tanker vessels, eight Suezmax tankers and eight VLCC tankers, carrying crude oil. The fleet has a carrying capacity of approximately 3.5 million deadweight tons and an average age of 6.4 years as of December 31, 2025, in each case excluding the Nissos Piperi and the Nissos Serifopoula, delivered in January 2026. Its vessels are equipped with exhaust gas cleaning systems, known as scrubbers, and are built to comply with regulations for ballast water treatment. The fleet trades globally, serving oil transportation routes across trading hubs that include the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Some of the vessels are owned directly, while others are owned by finance leasing houses and bareboat chartered back to the company, with an option to repurchase them at certain times. It has entered into management agreements with OET Chartering Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, as commercial manager of the vessels, and with KMC as technical manager. Its customers over the last three years include national, regional and international companies.
