EOG Resources, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, explores for, develops, produces and markets crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas primarily in major producing basins in the United States, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and, from time to time, select other international areas, including the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. At December 31, 2025, its total estimated net proved reserves were 5,514 million barrels of oil equivalent, of which 1,905 million barrels were crude oil and condensate reserves, 1,510 million barrels were NGLs reserves and 12,592 billion cubic feet were natural gas reserves. At that date, approximately 99% of its net proved reserves, on a crude oil equivalent basis, were located in the United States and 1% in Trinidad. The majority of its United States crude oil and condensate production was transported by pipeline to downstream markets, with the remainder sold into local markets. As of December 31, 2025, it employed approximately 3,400 persons, including foreign national employees. EOG Resources, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that was organized in 1985.
