The Natural Gas Technologies segment designs and manufactures products and provides services that allow customers to optimize cash flow related to natural gas production and monetize or utilize fugitive emissions related to producing oil and natural gas wells and other emissions-prone operations. It is incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware.
