Coca-Cola FEMSA holds territories in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, and also operates in Venezuela through its investment in Coca-Cola FEMSA de Venezuela, S.A. The Proximity Americas Division ran 24,297 OXXO stores in Mexico, 597 OXXO stores in Colombia, 236 stores in Chile, 217 stores in Peru and 240 stores in the U.S. as of December 31, 2025. Through Spin, the company builds digital solutions to address the financial needs of its customers and business partners, within an ecosystem centered on OXXO Mexico. FEMSA traces its origins to the establishment of Mexico's first brewery, Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc, S.A., which was established in 1890. The company was incorporated under the laws of Mexico on May 30, 1936 for a duration of 99 years, and is organized as a sociedad anonima bursatil de capital variable.
