In brief

What this company does

StealthGas Inc. owns a fleet of LPG carriers that provides international seaborne transportation services to LPG producers and users. Its LPG carriers carry various petroleum gas products in liquefied form, including propane, butane, butadiene, isopropane, propylene and vinyl chloride monomer, which are byproducts of the production of crude oil and natural gas. As of April 1, 2026, its fleet consisted of 28 LPG carriers, including one JV vessel, with an average age of 11.1 years. For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, its three largest customers accounted for 34.1% and 32.3%, respectively, of revenues. The company deploys vessels globally rather than in specific locations, though a significant part of its fleet operates in Europe and the Mediterranean, and it also operates in the Middle East, Far East, Africa and the US Gulf. StealthGas Inc. was incorporated in December 2004 in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
