In brief

What this company does

In addition to selling electric vehicles and ePTW technology, Gogoro builds, operates, and manages a network of more than 2.7 thousand GoStation locations across Taiwan. Gogoro has developed a factory network in Taoyuan, Taiwan, to manufacture its own motors and battery packs and to assemble its Smartscooters. As of December 2025, the Gogoro Network had delivered more than 800 million battery swaps to date, and Gogoro riders had ridden more than 14.7 billion kilometers. For the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, revenues in Taiwan accounted for 96%, 96% and 94%, respectively, of Gogoro's total revenues. As of February 28, 2026, Gogoro held 146 issued United States patents and 755 issued foreign patents across approximately 17 countries worldwide. Gogoro generates two revenue streams: hardware sales, comprising Gogoro-branded Smartscooters and enabling hardware including vehicle kits sold to partners under its Powered by the Gogoro Network program, and battery subscription recurring revenue generated from Swap & Go customer subscriptions to the battery swapping network. In 2015, Gogoro launched its first vehicle, the Gogoro 1 Smartscooter.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
