In brief

What this company does

We also continue to operate a reduced-scale wholesale and distribution business through an asset-light drop-ship model. In October 2025, we undertook a substantial strategic transition from a traditional wholesale and distribution operating model to a digital asset treasury strategy centered on BERA, the native digital asset of the layer-1 blockchain protocol known as Berachain (“Berachain”). We are a Berachain ecosystem participant focused on supporting the development and operation of blockchain-based infrastructure, including assets and applications built on Berachain. In October 2025, our Board of Directors (the “Board”) created a Digital Assets Committee to oversee our Treasury Policy. Currently, BERA is our principal digital asset holding under our Treasury Policy.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
