It is organized into seven reportable segments: Sentinum, which conducts crypto asset mining, colocation and hosting services for AI ecosystems and digital asset treasury activities; Energy and Infrastructure, which provides crane rental and lifting solutions through Circle 8; AGREE, which holds hotel operations and other commercial real estate; Gresham, which provides defense solutions through Enertec, Relec, Microphase and Giga-tronics; TurnOnGreen, which provides commercial electronics through Digital Power and electric vehicle charging solutions through TOG Technologies; Technology and Finance, which conducts commercial lending and trading through Ault Lending; and ROI, which operates askROI's OnlyBulls platform and holds ROI's own online predictions market platform through its ownership of BitNile.com. As of December 31, 2025, the company had 612 employees located in the U.S., Israel and the U.K., of whom 57 were engaged in engineering and product development, 36 in sales and marketing, 448 in general operations and 71 in general administration and finance. Hyperscale Data, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in September 2017.
