The commercial management of all of its vessels is provided by Conchart under a commercial management agreement. The company arranges insurance coverage for each of its vessels, including hull and machinery insurance, protection and indemnity insurance, and war risk insurance, and is responsible for the payment of all premiums. As of December 31, 2025, the fleet consisted of 70 containerships, growing to 71 by February 28, 2026 with the delivery of the last of the Newly Acquired Vessels, and had an aggregate capacity of 423,003 TEU and a TEU-weighted average age of approximately 17.9 years.
