It has credited $2.7 billion in cash back to its redeemers to date. As of December 31, 2025, it employed approximately 800 full-time employees. It was incorporated in 2011 as Zing Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and changed its name to Ibotta, Inc. in 2012.
