The company operates in two primary segments, OEM and Aftermarket. Its OEM Segment services original equipment manufacturers in the RV, transportation, marine, and housing markets, and contributed 77 percent of consolidated net sales and 66 percent of consolidated operating profit in 2025. Its Aftermarket Segment offers discretionary accessories, replacement parts, and upgrades sold through retail dealers, wholesale distributors, service centers, and direct-to-consumer online sales, and contributed 23 percent of consolidated net sales and 34 percent of consolidated operating profit in 2025. The company was incorporated under the laws of Delaware on March 20, 1984, as successor to Drew National Corporation, which had been incorporated under the laws of Delaware in 1962.
