Its Connected TV solutions enable brands to reach audiences across premium streaming channels such as Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and DirecTV. Its programmatic Digital Out of Home platform offers media buyers and owners a technology solution to manage, deliver and optimize advertising across physical public spaces. Its omnichannel retail media solutions allow advertisers to use purchase-based, first-party data to deliver personalized and localized offers across off-site screens, including Connected TV and Digital Out of Home. It was incorporated in the State of Israel in November 1999 under the name Verticon Ltd., changed its name to IncrediMail Ltd. in November 2000, and changed its name again to Perion Network Ltd. in November 2011.
