Pulte Mortgage arranges financing through the origination of mortgage loans primarily for the benefit of the company's homebuyers. PulteGroup, Inc. is a Michigan corporation organized in 1956, though it dates its founding to 1950, when its founder, Bill Pulte, built its first home. At December 31, 2025, it employed 6,506 people, of which 1,034 were employed in its Financial Services operations.
