It operates in three business segments: Off Road, On Road, and Marine. The Off Road segment primarily consists of ORVs and snowmobiles. The company currently designs and manufactures moto-roadsters, light duty hauling, and passenger vehicles within its On Road segment. Polaris Inc., formerly known as Polaris Industries Inc., a Delaware corporation, was formed in 1994 and is the successor to Polaris Industries Partners LP.
