The drilling services segment provides contract drilling services to oil and natural gas operators in the United States, Colombia and Ecuador, and, as of December 31, 2025, operated 152 marketed land-based drilling rigs. The drilling products segment manufactures and distributes drill bits and downhole tools for the energy and mining markets throughout North America and in over 30 other countries, with manufacturing and repair facilities in Fort Worth, Texas, Leduc, Alberta and Saudi Arabia, and repair facilities in Argentina, Colombia and Oman.
