The Company operates under one reportable segment, which contains three service offerings: Residential, Commercial, and Termite and Ancillary. The Residential offering provides pest control services protecting residential properties from common pests, including rodents, insects and wildlife; the Commercial offering provides workplace pest control solutions for customers across diverse end markets such as healthcare, food service and logistics; and Termite and Ancillary provides termite protection services and ancillary services for both residential and commercial customers. In 1964, brothers O. Wayne and John Rollins acquired Orkin Exterminating Company, and in 1965 Rollins, Inc. changed its name from Rollins Broadcasting, Inc.
