As of December 31, 2025, it employed approximately 29,200 associates worldwide, of whom approximately 28,700 were full-time. In 2025, 2024 and 2023, it had no customer that accounted for more than 10% of its consolidated net sales. The Company is comprised of three operating segments: Automation & Motion Control, Industrial Powertrain Solutions, and Power Efficiency Solutions. The AMC segment designs, produces and services conveyor products, conveying automation subsystems, aerospace components, precision motion control solutions, high-efficiency miniature servo motors, controls, drives and linear actuators, as well as power management products including automatic transfer switches, paralleling switchgear, and modular electric pod solutions. The IPS segment designs, produces and services transmission products, including mounted and unmounted bearings, couplings, mechanical power transmission drives and components, gearboxes and gear motors, clutches, brakes, and industrial powertrain components and solutions. The PES segment designs and produces fractional to approximately 5 horsepower AC and DC motors, electronic variable speed controls, electronic drives, fans and blowers, as well as integrated air moving subsystems comprised of two or more of these components.
