As of December 31, 2025, it conducted its business in three reportable segments — Control Devices, Electronics and Stoneridge Brazil — and, following the January 2026 sale of the Control Devices segment, now operates in two reportable segments. The Control Devices segment, sold in January 2026, designed and manufactured products that monitor, measure or activate specific functions within a vehicle, including actuators, sensors, switches and connectors. The Electronics segment designs and manufactures advanced driver information solutions, vision systems, connectivity and compliance solutions and control modules. The Stoneridge Brazil segment primarily serves the South American market, designing and manufacturing vehicle tracking devices and monitoring services, driver information systems, vehicle security alarms and convenience accessories, telematics solutions and multimedia devices for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets. Stoneridge, Inc. was founded in 1965.
