In 2025, 2024 and 2023, no single customer represented more than 2% of its revenue. At December 31, 2025, it had 1,995 employees, including 949 located outside of the United States. Tenable Network Security, Inc., its predecessor, was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 2002, and Tenable Holdings, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in October 2015.
