Its principal executive offices are located at 5619 DTC Parkway, Suite 700, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, in approximately 22,000 square feet of leased space. On January 13, 2023, Jefferies completed the legal and structural separation of the Predecessor of Vitesse from Jefferies, and Vitesse became an independent, publicly traded company whose common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 17, 2023 under the symbol “VTS.”
