Sales in its Retail segment constituted 13% of total net sales in both 2025 and 2024, and the segment consists of e-commerce businesses and four brick and mortar stores in the United States. Weyco Group, Inc. is a Wisconsin corporation incorporated in 1906 as Weyenberg Shoe Manufacturing Company, and its name was changed to Weyco Group, Inc. effective April 25, 1990.
