Total revenues from the Leasing and Related Operations segment were 94.9% and 95.4% of total consolidated revenue for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Its Spare Parts Sales segment is conducted through wholly-owned subsidiary Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc., whose primary focus is the sale of aircraft engine parts and materials through the acquisition or consignment of aircraft and engines. The company is a Delaware corporation, incorporated in 1998.
