Its Water Services segment consists of water-related services businesses, including water sourcing, water transfer, fluids hauling, water monitoring, water containment and water network automation, primarily serving E&P companies. Within its Chemical Technologies segment, it develops, manufactures, manages logistics and provides a full suite of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing, stimulation, cementing and well completions. As of December 31, 2025, approximately 3,300 employees were part of the Select team. There was one customer that accounted for 10% of its consolidated revenues for the year ended December 31, 2025.
