For Fiscal 2026, its most significant customer relationships included three Power segment customers, which accounted for approximately 23%, 16% and 11% of consolidated revenues. The Industrial segment provides industrial construction and field services and also operates a pipe and vessel fabrication facility serving industrial customers primarily in the Southeastern United States, with its fabrication facility and warehouse, totaling over 90,000 square feet, located near Greenville, North Carolina. The Teledata segment provides utility construction services and comprehensive technology wiring solutions to customers primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S., with additional operations in markets across New England and the Southeast. Argan was organized as a Delaware corporation in May 1961.
