It organizes its investment activities into four groups: Credit, Real Assets, Secondaries and Private Equity. Its Real Assets Group manages equity and debt strategies across real estate and infrastructure investments, with real estate activities managed by teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Ares traces its inception to 1997.
