Credicorp conducts its operations through four business lines: Universal Banking; Insurance and Pensions, which primarily serves the Peruvian market; Microfinance; and Investment Management and Advisory, which operates across Latin America. It has operations in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Panama and the United States. The Universal Banking LoB focuses on lending and transactional business, and covers retail banking, wholesale banking, treasury activities, and wholesale and retail banking in Bolivia. Its principal subsidiary, Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), has more than 135 years of operating history in the financial sector. As of December 31, 2025, BCP Stand-alone represented 75.6% of total assets and 65.2% of equity attributable to Credicorp's equity holders. Operations of BCP Stand-alone are mainly in Peru, with one agency in Miami and one branch in Panama. Banking activities in Bolivia are carried on through BCP Bolivia, a full-service commercial bank. Credicorp also operates a corporate venture capital platform focused on external innovation.
