The Company also changed its name from Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. to Beacon Financial Corporation and changed the New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol for its common stock from “BHLB” to “BBT.” The Bank also operates a commercial payment processing business that serves regional and national payroll service bureau customers.
