What this company does

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. owns a portfolio of infrastructure assets diversified by sector and by geography, with approximately 90% of its Adjusted EBITDA supported by regulated or contracted revenues. Its operating subsidiaries currently employ approximately 64,000 individuals globally. Its transport segment provides transportation, storage and handling services for merchandise goods, commodities and passengers through businesses such as rail, toll road and diversified terminal operations, for which it is paid an access charge, transportation fee, or lease payment. Its midstream segment is comprised of systems that provide petroleum and refined petroleum products transportation and natural gas transportation, gathering, processing, and storage services, including a U.S. refined products pipeline system. Its data segment is comprised of infrastructure that provides telecommunication, fiber and data storage services, including data transmission and distribution operations serving telecom companies, technology and cloud providers, enterprise clients, and residential consumers through fiber-to-the-premise offerings, as well as data storage operations serving enterprises from small workloads to hyperscale deployments.
