The Bank operates nine full-service branches in New Canaan, Stamford, Fairfield, Westport, Darien, Norwalk, and Hamden, Connecticut. As of December 31, 2025, on a consolidated basis, we had total assets of approximately $3.4 billion, net loans of approximately $2.8 billion, total deposits of approximately $2.8 billion, and shareholders’ equity of approximately $301.5 million. On November 5, 2013, we acquired The Wilton Bank, which was merged into Bankwell Bank. On October 1, 2014, we acquired Quinnipiac Bank and Trust Company, which was merged into Bankwell Bank.
